In the SIGN UP section click on SIGN UP, then enter a valid email address and enter a PASSWORD (NOTE: do not use your actual PASSWORD from your EMAIL ADDRESS. CREATE a separate PASSWORD that will be unique to this TTC account).

Then a CHECK MARK APPEARS AFTER YOU VOTE
